Mac: Complete uninstallation of MindManager

Applies to: MindManager 7 Mac, 6 Mac

 

In some cases you may want to re-install MindManager for Mac to resolve a technical issue.

 

For a complete Uninstall of the Mac versions please follow the below directions:


1. Drag the MindManager application from the Applications folder to the Trash

 

2. Move the Mindjet Application Support folder found at Home Directory > Library > Application Support > Mindjet to the Trash.

 

3. Use spotlight search to find

- if you have MM 7: com.mindjet.mindmanager.7.plist

- if you have MM 6: com.mindjet.mindmanager.6.plist

in the user preferences and delete this file.

 

4. Empty the trash.
