License: Key Exchange instructions for MindManager Pro 7

Note: This applies only to MindManager Pro 7 users. MindManager Mac or Lite users are not affected.

Beginning with MindManager Pro 7.2, Mindjet has introduced a new license key activation system with a new license key format. Customers using MindManager Pro 7.0/7.1 need to exchange their license key in order to use the new build 7.2.

To exchange your old license key for a new license key, please do the following:

1) Create a Mindjet.com Account here (https://www.mindjet.com/accounts/register.aspx
(Please use the MS Internet Explorer. Proceed to step 2 if you have already created an account)

Fill in the required information and click 'Create Account'
Check your email and click 'I confirm my registration' to activate your account
If you don't receive an email after 15 minutes, please check your email spam filter

2) Click on this link to visit the key exchange page: https://www.mindjet.com/app/default.aspx

Enter your current MindManager Pro 7 key (Example MP7M-xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) and click on 'Submit'
You will receive a message on whether your key is valid or invalid. If the key is valid, please click on 'Continue MindManager 7.0/7.1 License Key Migration'
Enter the email address where you will like to receive a confirmation of your key migration and click 'Submit'
This page now will show your existing MindManager Pro 7 key and your MindManager 7.2 key. We recommend to print the page for your records.
