Mindjet Player: Adobe Acrobat has encountered an error...

Applies to:  MindManager 8
 
Symptom:
Opening Mindjet Player file results in error in Adobe Acrobat or blank screen in Web Browser.
 
Cause:   An unsupported version of Adobe Flash still exists on the system.
 
Resolution:
Enter add/remove programs and look for any versions of Adobe Flash older than version 9.  Uninstall these versions.  If necessary, you may need to reinstall the current version of Adobe Flash from the Adobe download site.  Current version is 10.
