How to find an SIN

A Support Identification Number, or SIN, is provided to those who purchased Mindjet’s Maintenance & Support Plan with their license product.  If you do not know it but believe your company purchased Mindjet M&S, please contact the purchaser of your product.

Support Identification Numbers can be found on the original sales order purchase receipt.
 
When entering the SIN into the contact support webform, use the entire number including the "SIN" prefix and the dash.
