Error Reading setup initialization file

Applies to:  MindManager 8, 7

 

Symptom: 

 

After downloading the MindManager install file, install fails with initialization error

 

Cause:  There was an error or disconnection during the download of the setup file causing the install package to be incomplete.

 

Resolution:


 

The setup file will need to be downloaded again using the same link either from the order confirmation or the trial confirmation.  Contact Mindjet Customer service for additional help on downloading.
