Mindjet Connect Users and MindManager 8.1
On October 6, 2009, Mindjet Connect subscriptions will automatically transition to our new on-demand collaboration service.
If you are a MindManager Connect user, you may continue to access your account through your browser.
If you use the desktop client MindManager version 7.2 or 8.0, you will need to obtain the latest MindManager client 8.1 to take advantage of certain features.
MindManager 8.0 users: On Oct 6, these users can simply click their check-for-updates from within their product [Tools Tab | Updates] to download the 8.1 update. Alternatively, they can obtain the 8.1 client by logging into our product download page after the release.

MindManager 7.2 users: These users will require a new activation key for their complimentary upgrade to MindManager 8.1. In order to obtain your key, please contact your sales representative or reseller at any point up to and after the October 6, 2009 launch date. Alternatively, please make your request through our Customer Service department at http://www.mindjet.com/contactus
If you choose not to upgrade your client product, you will not be able to take advantage of certain features, including web conferencing. You can continue to access, create and manage your maps with the older clients, but these clients are not officially supported with the new platform release.
