MindManager 8 COM API Quick Notes

MindManager 8 provides the same customization and integration capabilities like MindManager 7 based on XML technology and by providing a COM API. Like in MindManager 7 both technologies are integrated within the standard installation of MindManager 8 and no extra SDK is needed.

Currently our web pages are not updated to reflect the API documentation for MindManager 8. Until we have updated our web pages please refer to the MM7 COM API documentation.

Since the APIs are compatible the development of MindManager 8 add-ins is in line with the development of MindManager 7 add-ins. To make the development easier we also provide a Visual Studio 2008 Template.
