Licensed MindManager users who have lost their licence key and who purchased the software directly from Mindjet can apply for a replacement licence key.
 
Please send us the following information:

• Full name of purchaser


• Order confirmation number


• Mindjet Online Shop (DE/UK/EU/US)


• Approximate date of purchase


• Company name


• Valid email address used at time of purchase


• Version of software

Please note: If you purchased MindManager though one of our resellers or cooperation partners please send a copy of your invoice in addition to the above information.
