Microsoft Office Add-Ins are not working
Applies to: MindManager X5 or higher
Symptoms
One or several Office Addins are greyed out or not showing at all.
Resolution
Please check in MindManager if the corresponding add-ins are activated.
- In MindManager X5 / 6 you can find the setting under Tools-> Addins
- In Mindmanager 7 the Settings are in MindManager menu under Options-> Addins.
- Activate the missing Addins.
If this does not solve the problem, please check the corresponding Addins in Microsoft Office.
- In Office 2002/2003 you can find the setting at Help > About Microsoft XXXX > Disabled Items
- In Office 2007 you can find the Settings in the Office menu under Options > Addins > go to Disabled Elements.
- Activate the missing Addins.
If this fails also please repair MindManager via Control Panel > Add/Remove Software
